In the busyness of the day, it is every so important to keep fit. I stumbled upon Leslie Sansone’s power walk series and have been a great fan of it. Since a month ago, I have walked her series for about 5-6 times already, apart from going to the gym (and of course a short break due to HFMD).
The walk is invigorating and I find that it works out a very good amount of sweat. It makes me happy too with lots of endorphins released after every walk. 🙂
Do try it, anytime of the day. It is a good alternative to a wet weather plan, or even when you are overseas and cannot find a decent place to work out in a hotel gym or jog in the vicinity.
